why would you want it? that exhaust it known for breaking cats/testpipes

 

how does it break em? I have test pipes... but fyi, i'm not buying it for me.

My friend has it on his HR 350z with oem cats and nismo CAI. It sounds beastly, really deep and nice pops. Youtube has a lot of soundclips.

 

its just that the design really isn't that different from stock, there is barely any performance, and the sound isn't much different. just doesn't seem worth it when there are so many better exhausts out there.

 

i dunno i personally really like the sound from the clips i've seen and heard... you didnt answer how it breaks the cats...

i was looking for a friend, but i think i've kinda convinced myself into getting one. yeah it doesnt look as nice as the others, but of course i wouldnt get a new one. if i found one cheaper used, i would pull the trigger.

 

I've just read many a story where a guy has cracked his test pipes or high flow cats when they added the exhaust. The common denominator always comes down to the nismo exhaust.

Emad, The motordyne exhaust would sound so good with tour vortech. something to think about..
