Best Dealership in Dallas to go to

Hey Guys,

Need to get some things worked on the G and have to go to the dealership since its still in the warranty. I heard that the Crest Infiniti is the worst. Which one do you guys suggest and also, does anyone know someone good whom I can contact?

This would be really helpful.

Thanks!

Well I've always gone to Sewell and love them. Apparently the same tech always works on my FX and recognizes it. I went to Beshoff here in San Jose and let's just say nothing makes you appreciate a good dealership until you go to a bad one. And Beshoff is supposed to be good.

Sewell or Grubbs. Be sure to talk to Tek as he works for one of them

I always take my car to Sewell and am so grateful for their awesome customer service. They treat my car as if it were their own. I always have the same service advisor as well. I have heard a lot of bad things about Crest. Sewell always gives you a loaner car even if its just an oil change.

I'll recommend Sewell, and not just because I work at the Lexus dealer. There really is a difference, cheesy/lame but true.

I have only been to Sewell and have (for the most part) been happy with them.

I would recommend you go there.

Long time lurker here making my debut. I moved back to North Dallas after being in Ohio for a little over a year and took my car to Sewell to have them look at my speedometer on my 08 G35S as it wouldn't rest all the way at the bottom. I was greeted by a guy who I was later told is there to only "direct traffic" tell me that it was "law" for cars not to display your true speed and when I questioned him about what "law" it was he just stumbled around and said "it's like seatbelt laws" and that you think you are going faster than you are. Next I asked to see a new G to see where its speedometer rests and confirmed that mine wasn't right. Following that a Jason or Joseph or something with a J in service found another 08 in for service and confirmed that mine was definitely off. When I asked what they could do he told me it isn't a warranty issue and that he couldn't write it up as a warranty claim. I went to Grubbs and worked with George (Asst Service Manager) and he has a whole new cluster coming in for me tomorrow. I bought my car at Grubbs before I moved and its definitely worth the drive for their service. Everyone has a different story but that's just my 2 cents.

wow, that's surprising about Sewell... even though I was a Grubbs fan and did the exact same thing. When I bought my G, I was so close to Crest, I could WALK there and I still drove all the way out to Grubbs because of how much Crest sucks.

Crest sucks!!!! They don't care about their customers or their cars and is the worse dealership i've ever been to. I regret buying my car from Crest. Sewell gives great service so far.

Technically, your speedometer being "off" is a maintenance issue. Whenever you change the size of your tires or wheels, your speedo will be off and you should go get it calibrated. It can also slowly become off just with age. However, I am sure if that would make your needle never rest. I would nvr listen to those "service hosts," as I call them, anyways.

Wheel size doesn't make THAT much and no wheel size affects zero miles per hour

Wheel/tire size does vary your speed typically up to 2mph. Yeah nvr seen it not hit zero. I am thinking maybe hit needle itself is just off, not the speedo.

I got a new driver dash coming in this week from Sewell just because of a little corner that is poking out (like the heat expanded the material) so I know Sewell is not warranty police.

It all depends on who you know and if you have connections. Crest gets a TON of crap for their customer service, but a forum member on here (T3k) works as a tech there and can usually take care of us.

I personally got my G at Sewell and I have had mixed results. They have handled some aspects perfectly, but other aspects less than favorably. I do have to admit that their customer service is usually top notch. I am always in and out quickly and I have never had an issue getting a loaner which is very important for me since the G is my only car. On the flip side, I don't know any of the service techs there and it's a longer drive so I don't usually go there unless I absolutely have to.

03' track... Soon to be race car.
Yes I do work for crest....and I try my best to take care of the forum guys. And all my customers for that reason. However I don't have a people job, most of the customers never even see me. I can't vouch for that end of the business....but the techs here are top notch guys. Hit me up if you have any questions.
