Agreed my good friend, some of the trash talk is over done, but sadly those bandwagoners and the overly fanatic fans just do that, and that includes all teams. I simply refer to my first post regarding this topic

and btw, Mavs have made in to the playoffs every year since 2001, and since then its only been the Lakers, Spurs, or Mavs who have won the WCF. So get for facts right before posting ****.

I would like to see the Mavs win the Finals since the Lakers are out now. Only because for the past 10 years they've ALMOST made it.
But I just don't see it happening. They need to play like they played the Lakers for the rest of the playoffs to have a chance imho

And yea, the Mavs have had a sad long history of defeat and I honestly didn't have high hopes. The entire country is shocked by this series I'm sure. Something I hadn't realized, but ever since Game 4 of the series with the Trailblazers in which they lost a 30 pt lead or something like that, the Mavs have not lost a game and have been playing smart and with a lot of heart. Definitely excited for them and hope they can take it all the way.

JK I'm from Florida and don't really watch basketball that much. So if I were to root for a team, then it'd be Orlando, who unfortunately got beat by Atlanta. But nice to see a local team sweep a former champion lol.
