That's why I ended up getting a G and not a newer A4. Fixing a problem is quite pricey, esp. being in school and whatnot, I don't want to spend all my $$$ on repairs than mods. That's why I got something more reliable. Not saying a german cars aren't reliable, I wanted something more so, and not as pricey to fix.

I don't wanna knock my homie's pick up, because it's quite clean, but the VW/Audi cars have been on the top 10 list of most unreliable vehicles many times sadly

If you take care of any car properly, it will have minimal problems.

I did a lot of looking around for one that was not beat up. And I also purchased an extended warranty so I'm not too worried about it.

This one was a ONE owner car and there was a folder in the glove box of every invoice for warranty work, oil change, tires, you name it. There is NOTHING wrong with this car at 115k.

The leather doesn't even look like its been sat in for 7 years.

My daily is an Audi A6. Maintenance isn't hard at all. Once you get familiar with the engine and the set-up, it doesn't matter what brand it is.

The top ten list is based on warranty claims. Toyota will be hit big time on the next report for all the accelerator issues. It doesn't mean Toyota is unreliable.

I love Nissan therefore own a Infiniti (x2)
I love Volkswagen therefore own a Audi. I was in the car modding scene way back pimpin' VW when most of ya'll were still on yo mama's t1t.

I wanted to ask this in the Local Craigs List thread since Hound had just posted, but it wasn't relevant so I'll post it here....

Hound - Can you explain the deal with the dogs + Buddha in your avatars? And how the hell do you manage to find so many different pics that have them both in it?? Haha I'm just curious.

I just dig the german shepherds...

and since this is the lounge and the german comment reminded me... has anyone been to a game of the Allen Americans? Anyone else get REALLY worried when they cheered after they scored a goal? If you've been, I know I'm not the only one that noticed....
