Can't compare to Taiwan. Places like Rome and Milan are nuts, but there are literally millions of scooters. I have a picture I took where I was standing in the middle of literally miles of scooters. It is nuts.....

ive been to vietnam where there are millions of scooters and 4x4 taxis everywhere, driving as fast as they want. communists dont believe in speed limits! the only time people should be driving slower is when its icy on the roads like it was this past winter.

so.... S. Vietman has speed limits and N. Vietnam doesn't? or do you mean like communist ppl?? lol

@BlueBob we should have "minimum speed" signs on ALL freeways cuz I agree, accidents are caused by bad/unexperienced drivers traveling at 10-20 miles under the posted speed limit
