No, I haven't forgotten about this at all (trust me). No, I still have not received the original shipment and no, I have not received a tracking number for the second set sent by UPS. I'm gonna send him another e-mail right now.

Well he did say he would send by UPS 5 days ago going into the holiday weekend - I always tend to give the benefit of the doubt, but this truly is starting to get a little ridiculous. I already e-mailed him so I'll see what he responds with and then go from there.

 

Did we as a supplier do anyone wrong? Or was it just because of the new scents?

 

^ No Joey - This was a deal that I worked with a different vendor (not CarToys). Haha everything was very very smooth the last two times that I worked the Squash with you man!

The other vendor just offered the different style with the different scents and I was trying to get that going for the other DFW guys.

 

This is ridiculous!

Status?

 

I emailed him Wednesday and then again earlier this morning to try and get a status update...no response. If I don't hear from him by the end of the day today then I'm going to ask for a refund. I don't know what else to do at this point.
