Looking to do something soon my phone is about to die and I need to get something. I am sticking with at&t due to goverment discounts and other job related reasons. But I need to get a phone.

Options are...
1. Get an iPhone 4
2.Wait for next iPhone and just deal with dying phone.
3. Motorola Atrix

I say go for the iPhone 4.

It is a rock solid device and knowing that it will run iOS 5 it will be good for another 1-2 years.

I know all the droid fans are soon to chime in and I will agree the atrix is a nice device too. I personally like iOS better. It really boils down to personal preference. Either way you wont lose.

I like my iphone4(though there's a lot of bugs to be sorted out), and the atrix is very tantalizing. But like Chris said, you can't go wrong with either of them.

 

iphone 4 for verizon because its not as glitchy as the one that at&t have..but i would wait till September for iphone 4gs even though i have the iphone 4 i dont worry about getting them because i get free upgrades.

I'm the lone voter (so far) that is gonna support the Atrix. I am not a fan of AT&T, but I think that phone is baller. I'm surprised EZ hasn't gotten in here yet to list off 100 reasons why you need the Atrix and not an iPhone.

 

hahaha i could go on and on. but the atrix is a solid effin device, and not just cause i work for moto. it really is sick, and is soon to get gingerbread...

the atrix is way ahead of it's time though, qhd display, front facing camera, 1gb ram, HDMI out, dual core tegra processor and if none of this really matters to you, it's just a solid fast phone way ahead of the curve.

and btw, it dropped to 99$ this week. that's a ridiculous price for the phone of this calibur... you really wont go wrong with it. iphone 4 is solid too, but seriously, android is a great way to go. plus i can hook it up with some accessories if you want

 

I'm leaning toward the atrix kinda tired of apple and I think you just pushed me over the edge... Man I would love the hook up on some accessories if that is cool and the $99 deal is awesome thats what got me looking. Thanks EZ

You wont regret the Atrix man. I've messed with Emad's a few times and it is everything that he said. I'm not sure how "tech savvy" you are, but his phone definitely blows the iPhone away with some of the stuff that he uses it for.

I honestly think that the Android market will be taking over soon anyways. The amount of support for it has grown by leaps and bounds recently.

 

I just hope it works in my truck that is the trick I love the Blue tooth function right now and don't want to lose it.

 

we havent had any issues with any dodge stuff.. some issues with ford sync before, but all worked out now. you can try it out before hand... most stores have an atrix in hand. where do you live? andwhere do you plan on getting the phone?

just remember: android takes some getting used to if you're switching from iphone, just like any change takes a little bit of practice. a few of my friends switched from apple to android, and just gave up in like 24 hours. and the ones that stuck it out will never go back. it's def different, but there's a reason it's getting so popular.. it's sooo awesome once you grasp it, and it's really easy to grasp... not hard at all.

the 99$ is somethign we worked hard on, and if you look on blogs, its still regarded as a super powerful phone... if you were at a meet, id show you some cool ****.
