looks to be the same ground kit as on the Coupe. I don't think the brakes are anything new. I'm pretty sure they are the same thing that has always come with the Sport package on the G37 and 370Z. I will say that the red interior looks MUCH better in person. It photographs much brighter than it is.

That's very much dependent on the type of person buying it. For those who like to wrench a little on their own or are always wanting to improve their cars, no, it's not worth it. That can be said about most cars though. Most in here wouldn't pay extra for the "Track Pack" on a new 5.0 either...as we'd likely save the money and put it into aftermarket parts even better...and likely spend less.
So for the guy who just wants to buy a great car, but wants a bit of an edge over 95% of what's out there, the IPL is well worth the money. He pays a bit more, gets a unique color combo, a much better engine tune, better exhaust, and a more aggressive body kit.
I drove the IPL coupe for a week. Here's my take on it. http://www.reflectionsofthedrive.com/reviews/2011ipl/
You can look through all the pics if you like, but the shade of red in the back seat here gives you a better idea of how the seats look.

agreed. The purple-ish tint to the Malbec Black paint really compliments it well too. The color combo looks amazing in person.
