Hey guys,

My 03 sedan has one mechanical fan and one electrical fan. My engine as of late has been running kind of hot and I have traced the problem to my electrical fan. It doesnt seem to work sometimes when I turn on the AC and occasional makes noise. When it does work I am not sure if it is spinning at the correct speed. Does my electrical fan have a controller card that may be going bad or is it just the fan motor?

Most likely the fan motor is bad.

 

your sedan is cursed with the mechanical fan too..i desperately want to take it off, takes up so much room in the bay
