My just hit 1300 miles and I was wondering if it's ok to take it to the drag strip since I just finish the break in?

Don't be shocked when a large amount of the civics leave you in the dust.

Those cars are very easy to modify. And if you find a Civic at the track, chances are, its a pretty fast one.

But don't mind that. Just go out there and have fun

I don't know but i was above 5500 rpm for 20 minutes strait with just 150 miles on my car tearing up the canyons. At 62k miles on my car i have yet to notices any problems with my engine considering i burn 0 amount of oil on every oil change.

I hope this answered ur question.

Go ahead and tear the ricers apart.... There is a group of ricers here that go to the track every week and they run high 17's

Yeah.. I raced a guy with a b16 swap in his civic and raped him, then he demanded a rematch and he got raped again....mostly at the midnight drags here there are slower cars with a few vettes and modded cars mixxed in. It all depends on where you go though.

lol wtf? Who demands a re match after getting raped??? They act like their car is going to have a huge rush of power come out of nowhere and win.

I'm pretty sure taking a car under 2,000 miles to the dragstrip is a felony
