Thanks guys... what rpms do you guys launch from? On my first pass i tried launching from 4000rpm and all it did was wheel hop, i couldn't get any grip and ended up running 15.0. On my fastest run i went from like 2000rpm

I have an auto so its a bit different. I usually launch around 1k-1.5k.

it all depends, just keep messing around, if you bog, go higher, if you spin, go lower.

also are you just dumping the clutch or are you slipping it?

I was letting the clutch out until JUST before it grabs, revving to about 2500-2800 rpms, then releasing the clutch and quickly rolling into the throttle. Key word rolling, not just mashing the pedal. Its a very quick movement, but I don't just punch it.

hmm. Not really sure if thats like slipping, actually Im not really sure what it is. I found a link the other day that broke down why clutch dumping sucks and tells you the proper way to launch using the clutch slip technique.

try using google to find it, lol Im currently in the search of how I can cut a 2.0 60 foot on my street tires.
