launch tips for Automatic

I'm a rookie trying to find out some launch tips for an automatic.....

+ 1000. nothing else u can do with AT. thats what i have. just rev it to 4000, let it come down a little, punch it and before it really kicks in let off the brake. works for me

I wonder if u can buy a trans brake to work with our car.
