Didn't IP break something on that run?

The guys on my350z are running low 11 runs at 500 RWHP; I am sure we will peak 10s for sure once the guys on the board with their 7XX RWHP G35 Coupes get tires that can hold the power to the ground .

hmm I am a Stang guy myself, and still have it! I have an 07 Sedan also. But there is a guy with a tottaly stock 6 MT G37 Coupe, who ran a low 13.30's with street tires, and a 12.9 with Drag radials! But this was at a very good track with near perfect air Conditions! I woud say if you buy a G either coupe or sedan, may be a little easier to make go faster since it's the "HR" series motors! I'm not sure. but both gen G engines cost alot to make go fast!! Parts for a G are crazy Big $$$$, for all the money we can spend on a G, we can ake the Stang super Fast! LOL Good Luck Bro!

well twin turbo kits alone add 150lbs minimum. No real after market parts truly save weight besides some a little exterior mods.

I'd like to make my G35x fast, but for every $1 i put into it, i could put that into my 5.0 Mustang and make it even faster. I have that car running low 13's with basic bolt ons.

Not knocking the G, but it serves as a cozy comfortable fast daily driver for me. Breaking parts gets expensive. If i break the trans in my 5.0, i can buy another one for $200 or rebuild it myself. Parts and mods are dirt cheap.
