think its your experience/track time + you need a tune!
i remember going to the track for my first time stock on nearly bald rear tires and didnt even know what to do like lining up right or staging and whatnot
1st run was 15.3
2nd run was 14.7
3rd run i messed up and got 15.1
then my final run i got 14.5
