Finally Got back to the Dragstrip

When I first bought my 07 G35S sedan M/T 4 years ago, I couldn't wait to get it to the track. It might not have been fully broken in yet. But I had to go. I could only squeek out a 14.1 at 101. Well, two weeks ago for my birthday, I treated myself to some racing at Capitol Raceway. It was hot as hell out. 90+. No one was there (except some guys from National Capital G?)

With my DIY intake, heavy sub box, and crappy tires I went 13.7 @103. I am pretty happy with that, concidering I didn't even wait until the evening cold air.

Still haven't installed my COBB. When I do, it willl warrant another trip down the strip.

Car 707.

Not too shabby. It agrees with some of the car mags long term tests too. Apparently our cars do better as they age a bit. You've still got a bit to gain yet in your 60', but nice runs nonetheless.
