Finally Got back to the Dragstrip
When I first bought my 07 G35S sedan M/T 4 years ago, I couldn't wait to get it to the track. It might not have been fully broken in yet. But I had to go. I could only squeek out a 14.1 at 101. Well, two weeks ago for my birthday, I treated myself to some racing at Capitol Raceway. It was hot as hell out. 90+. No one was there (except some guys from National Capital G?)
With my DIY intake, heavy sub box, and crappy tires I went 13.7 @103. I am pretty happy with that, concidering I didn't even wait until the evening cold air.
Still haven't installed my COBB. When I do, it willl warrant another trip down the strip.
