I read a number of dynos by owners who have installed SC. But no track times at all? Come all you dyno and internet forum racers lets see some track times.

I agree! It would be nice to see some SC or TT setup times down the 1/4.
Somebody? Anybody?

The fastest I've ran with street tires is a 13.2 @ 109...with slicks its a 12 sec car. My 60' suffers on street tires (2.222)...there, hopefully that'll restore your faith.

Very nice, but you dont need slicks to get into the 12's. You drop that 60' down to 2 seconds flat and your looking at a 12 sec daily driver. I was doing 2.3 consistatly in my FWD(340whp) eclipse with 18's and 35 series street tires and my best was a 2.28 with slipping the clutch. Good luck on hitting the 12 mark, it looks like the car can do it you just need a little more practice.

Yes, but your Eclipse wasn't 3700lbs with driver and gas! =) Well, my newest upgrade, JWT clutch and flywheel should help my 60 foot and 1/4 mile time.

Sweet! Let us know how much the flywheel and clutch help out at the track.

Am I to believe there is only one forced inducted G35 on this forum that has been to the track. Anybody else have some times with their supercharger or TT setup?

no, unfortunately, there's not a whole lot of ppl who talk about this stuff. I'm going to the same track I went to before, tonight for my B-day! It's 2700ft above sea level, but i gotta try out my new clutch and flywheel.

First off Happy B-day! So your going to the track tonight, sweet! Post your results tonight if you get a chance. Im willing to bet you will be in the 12's tonight with the right 60'. SLIP/FEATHER THE CLUTCH!

How much WHP did you dyno at?
How many psi are you running with the vortech?

Well, I won't hit 12's at that track, maybe corrected for elevation, but not actual time. As far as dyno goes, I'm at about 388-400 to the axles (done on a DynaPack machine) which equates to about 365 to thew wheels. I'm having the car re-dynoed on the 19th though. The stock PSI is 8 pounds...I'll keep you posted.

Any luck hitting that 12?

Well, as I mentioned before, my goal last night was not to get my fastest time, but to re-learn my clutch and flywheel. With that said, my fastest time was a 13.5 @ 106.8mph. Those are corrected times based off of their website (www.lacr.net). Now for the big shocker...that was on my 19" PIAA's! They are 19x9 and 19x10 with 245/35 front and 275/35 rear. I was spinning all the way through first and into second. My fastest 60' was 2.24 because of my inability to lauch the car without spinning. I raced 18 times and one all racing except against a pro stock truck that ran 10's. My kills included 2 STI's, 2 SRT4's (both black), a Mitzo 3000, numerous "modded" Honda's, including an S2000...so, it was a fun evening.

Nice #'s and I know traction must have been a ***** considering the size of your rims and tires. I cant wait to see what you run with the slicks. I have seen slicks take as much as 1 sec of someone's time. Put that with a better 60' and your looking at a 11.9-12.2. Good luck.

Was the 13.2 @109 done on these same rims?
Have you ever thought of running alcohol injection?

When you raise your WHP to the level you have it, sometimes it takes a while to find that right launch and even when you do its even harder to duplicate it over and over. Just takes some practice. My best launch in my FWD eclipse was a 2.28 on similar size rims and I ended up missing 4th gear towards the end of the track 13.6 @102(notice the low trap speed) and I never could duplicate another 2.2 again, but my traps were always around 109-110mph. I would spin 1,2,3, and beginnin of 4th(25psi)

No, my corrected 13.2 (13.6 at the actual track) was on my stockers with Yokohama AVS ES100's (street tires). During that race, I beat an EVO VIII off the line and beat him to the end of the track even though he still ran a corrected 12.9 (13.3 at the actual track). I had the same terrible launch with those, but I was able to carry those down the track quicker because of the size dif. I'll def be in the 12's with slicks and a sea level track...until then all I can do is use their corrections to see what I would have gotten at sea level.
