i just got my 04 g35 6mt 30k miles so im not sure if this is normal but when i change gears i hear them click into place....when i drive slow with windows open i can hear it clicking into place, usually a little louder in 2nd and 3rd gears...i hope this is normal but if not let me know what it could be and how serious it is......ok second question, when i rev my engine in neutral up to about 5k my muffler makes this muffled sound really quick, it usually does it twice, 2 quick muffles, one right after the other, its really quick....is this normal as well? if not what is it...i first noticed it when i was in the car just revving my engine playing around and i heard 2 thumps i guess is the best way to describe and then it goes away....hope u guys can help, ok thanks in advance...

clicking is common i believe for all MT's... and the exhaust noise... LOL is prob cause you revved it to 5k LOL... but ya i wouldn't worry about either two
