VDC & ABS warning lights

Hello, I am new to this site and I am in need of technical advice. I have a 6-speed coupe with nav; recently the ABS/VDC warning has been coming on...I have a injen intake on it.
1. Does the injen intake void the warranty?
2. Any explanation for the warning lights?

All help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Re: VDC & ABS warning lights

I think I have read that the brake light switch recall can do this to the car.

It has also been said that they dealer can only void your warranty on a specific item if they can prove your mod had a direct effect to promote the failure.

If you are concerned, reinstall the stock unit before taking it in to the dealer.

Get the brake switch recall done asap and make sure they check the car and drive it before leaving. Some guys have had problems , do a earch on brake switch recall here and on freshalloy.com

Have a healthy day!
