I got my clutch line on Friday. I(well, my father) installed it on Sunday, along with a flush/bleed of the system. It took about an hour, at a leisurely pace. I took it for a spin, and couldn't feel a difference. I wasn't expecting any. The problems would slowly come on over a longer driving session, as heat built. However, I knew that I would get a better impression on my evening commute today. Ever since the clutch has been on, I have experienced this issue *every day* during my evening commute. Today was the first time I did not. At all. In any fashion. The clutch remained just as firm by the time I pulled into my driveway as it did when the car was cold-cranked.

One day's performance isn't enough for me to give the nod to the clutch line just yet. But I'm hopeful. I'll update in a few days.

BTW - I didn't know the stock clutch line was heat wrapped.

Me either. Maybe I'll pick up some good insulating wrap for the SS clutch line before it's installed.

I'm having the same problem, sometimes it happens when I'm in a higher rpm (again heat building up) downtown or goofin around. Did you ever determine if it was the pressure plate for sure? Also is this something that is fixed when the clutch is replaced, or only when the clutch is replaced? Just wonderin. I know its an old thread so I'm not expecting much
