So i took my car to a diff shop today, guess what lol

I WAS MISSING BOLTS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ( in my tranny section )

So this new shop did it up for me and the noise is way less !!

Also as soon as i showed the guy where the original shop hit my rim, he said

" thats not from a curb looks like a jack hit it"

Thankfully the scratch is so small that only a "Dad" would notice it and should be easily fixed its about this long (---------) and about this thick =

I showed my Gf and she couldnt find it lol I had to point it out to her lol

I have this combo at home waiting to get installed. I have always read about the chatter but have never heard it in person. Can someone post a sound clip?

This is normal.. I have a 6puck clutch with Nismo flywheel... (alot more harsh than the jwt)

you will get this on the lower RPM's.. you'll get use to shifting a little later...

My car sounds like a mack truck when I drive in the lower RPMs or at idle

I finally got my light FW/Clutch and this thing is embarrassing under 2K RPM. On Idle I don't hear any sound which is good but once I start moving this thing is driving me crazy from 1st-2nd gear.

To make it worst, I try to drive below 3K RPM to avoid hitting the boost but with this sound below 2K I have to constantly worry about my RPM coz when it hit below 2K it is just plain embarrassing .

This will happen to any manual made by any car company.
I don't know about your experience but never I had this problem with Honda/Acura. I have replaced my FW on my Supercharged Civic and my Integra back then to a light FW and never had this kind of sound. I have 5 other friends most are Trubo'd civic and some hybrid swap and all had a much lighter FW and never had this kind of noise.

I have the UR flywheel which is one of the quietest. It is silent at idle unless the A/C is on. There is some chatter below 1500rpm in 2nd or higher but I never drive that low anyway.

I'm glad you got it fixed.
Also I think there was a sound clip of clutch chatter in the other thread.
Try to search.
