another trans ?
my old trans shifted like crap, dealer replaced it. new trans shifts similar to crap, WHY? is this just how the G's trans is or is there something i can do to it?

It is a noisy transmission from what I gather. Try replacing the trans oil with something synthetic like motul. It wouldn't cost that much.
