Clutch effort question

Has anyone noticed the difference in clutch effort between an 04 and 05 model? I have driven a couple of 05s and they all seem to have a lighter clutch that my 04!
Is this just the uptake spring on the pedal making this difference or is it more differences in the clutch?
if it is just the spring are they interchangeable, can I switch out the springs and lighten the clutch effort in my car?

I have driven the 05-06 6mt and i hated the numb feeling in the clutch. I am surprised u liked the 05-06 clutch better.

I live outside of DC so deal with a lot of stop and go traffic, and the clutch can wear on my knee from time to time.

The loss in feel felt more like the shifter itself than the clutch. the throw on the 05 felt a lot longer than my 04.

but that lighter clutch effort sure felt nice for the day i drove it....

but no one knows or cares to answer??????????????

There's nothing "racing" about the 03 and 04 clutch. Anyone who told you that is talking b.s.

I was not aware of any differences but I have never driven an 05/06 6MT.
