havin Problems with 5AT
That's really odd. Something is not right. Call Infiniti HQ if you have to but get that fixed... If you tell the service center that you are not happy with their lack of response and are going to call HQ, they will usually take it seriously because they are "graded" on things like this. Just be persistent.
I had this issue as well and it has been fixed. I have an 06 5AT sedan.

Take it back to the dealer and tell them to reset and reflash the TCM and it should fix the problem.
Your not alone, most dealers are just lazy as hell and dont want to research the issue.
