My clutch no longer engages (clutch pedal remains partially depressed), the dealership did a "driving" inspection and believe I need to replace the clutch and flywheel. They quoted me 2200$ to fix the entire thing (for OEM.)

I was wondering what clutch and flywheel I should go with? I only have a few mods (injen CAI and borla exhaust). I want a good street racing one for my driving style (rather hard) but nothing crazy.

What would be a good semi cost efficient clutch & flywheel to buy?
JWT? RPS? How many hours of labor does it usually take for a regular shop to replace these?
