What Flywheel?

My clutch went out on my 2004 G35 coupe 6mt and I purchased the JWT replacement clutch. Well looks like my flywheel is bad as well and as I understand you arent supposed to resurface the stock flywheel. I need a flywheel replacement. Now I dont really need anything performance oriented, just something reliable. What is the best and most affordable stock replacement flywheel that I can use with the JWT clutch? Thank you so much guys!

I would agree. Because the JWT flywheel has a REPLACEBLE friction surface. So next time it goes bad, you just R&R a new one.

You could have gotten a great deal on a JWT Clutch and Flywheel on EverythingG35.com. Its like $760 for the two. Thats cheaper than the factory flywheel at the dealer!

I have the UR flywheel and have been very happy with it. It also has the friction surface you can replace. From the reviews I have seen and my personal experience it has a little less chatter than the JWT.

who the hell told you you cant resurface the oe flywheel??? as long as there is enough to machine (same concept as brake rotors) it shouldnt be a problem. unless the rivets on your clutch disc dug into the flywheel.???

The JWT flywheel is very popular in this forum. You can't really go wrong with it.
