Question 2007 Coupe 5AT Valve Body / Dealer Service

My G35 coupe needed a new valve body (TSB) which was done at the dealer late November at 2,200 miles. Since then the trans slips under load such as making a hard turn after a full stop. It also down shifts really hard. So after about 200 miles back to the dealer. Diagnosis is that they didn't completely fill the trans with oil after the previous service!!!!!

I plan to keep this car for 8-10 years. What damage could have been done to the trans? I babied it since it didn't feel right. But the fact remains that the oil was low enough to cause slippage and the other confusion.

I will pick the car up tomorrow and will make sure they fully document their screw up. Is there anything else I should do when I claim the car?

This is my first Infiniti and certainly didn't expect any problems this early in the game.

Thanks!
