Clutch slipping????

Well while it was raining the past couple of days I noticed a lack of instant pull and power when I am in 3rd or 4th gear. I could cruise at those gears and punch and it you would hear like the car would try to go but it wont for about 2 seconds and than you would see the rpms climb. Since i first noticed this when it was raining, i was thinking maybe the tires were slipping.
But now for the last 2 days it has not been raining and has been dry, if I am coming off an onramp onto the highway and I am in 3rd or 4th and punch it there is that same hesitation before the car starts pulling and rpms climb. Its sort of seems like the clutch wants to slip and rev up but at the same time its like teh clutch is still grabbing it and trying to keep it from slipping even though its trying to.
I am assuming its the clutch. If driving normally/conservative you dont notice it but when you get on it, thats when you notice it. 1st and 2nd seem fine, its just when I am in those other gears and looking for that passing power is when its hesitant. there is a slight hesitation in 5th also but more noticeable in 3rd and 4th.
I cleaned the MAF sensor and did an ECU reset and still does the same thing.

Its an '04 with only 30k miles on it. I bought it 3 months ago with 23k miles. But I will say i probably contributed with the clutch burning with the help of an empty parking lot...I wont do that again. but its weird I had an integra and I never burned out the clutch in the 150k miles I had it.

Also if it is, I was thinking of going with the OEM clutch from the dealer since i daily drive it and stock but it seems they are more expensive than aftermarket so in that case I may go with the JWT Clutch kit. Since my flywheel is fine, do I need to get the flywheel also, or i can be ok with just the clutch.

Also, what is included in the Clutch Kit? I was looking on InfinitiPartsUSA.com and I listed all these assuming this would be everything I would need:

Disc, g35 $68.09
Pilot bearing, g35 $5.19
Pressure plate, g35 $127.14
Release bearing, g35 $25.61
Release fork, g35 $25.83
Sleeve, g35 $16.53

Total: $268.39

Thats definately a lot cheaper than JWT....
