nope dont think its normal. I had mine in my garage for 3months, turned her on went to change the oil and everything drove exactly the same as i left it.

if it was outside, the moisture might have slightly rusted it? similar to what happens to breaks, try driving it for a while and if it doesnt go away have someone look at it
