Transmission replaced under warranty, now clutch feels weird?

I had my transmission replaced under warranty, and now my clutch feels weird. Dealership changed the clutch disc as part of the procedure, however they say that the pressure plate, flywheel, linkages, etc are all the same as before.

The clutch is much easier to press now (which I don't really like), and the engagement point is MUCH higher. Is this normal after getting a new updated 6 speed transmission? Can anything be done to lower the engagement point?

Thanks

when in doubt take it back, tell them it doesn't feel right. If you can ask to test drive a lower mileage G35 on their lot or a friends to see how they compare. Our stock clutch engages high to start with but as the clutch wears it should engage higher and higher.

I told them it didn't feel like, and they said this was normal? so I figure I would check here with others that had the procedure done...
The fact that it will continously engage higher and higher is real bad news for me...
