Wondering what the thoughts are on the aftermarket short shifter kits out there for our Gs. I've read various threads on this board and freshalloy. Heard good stuff about the Rogue SS kit and some mixed reviews on the B&M SS kit.

What's your rating on these two kits? Or do you think sticking with the stock shifter is better? Some factors to consider:

-Ease of Installation
-Workmanship/Durability
-Performance
