Clicking Noise coming from rear tires?

Last night while driving home i had to make a u-turn and i spun the rear end of the car out on purpose... immediately after in first and second my car makes a weird clicking noise and has been doing so ever since, any help would be greatly appreciated. I will be calling the dealer on monday to schedule an appt.. thought i'd ask to see if anyone has had a problem like this?

Do you have wheel spacers? I thought mine was the Axle-Clicking issue which was a TSB that many G35s been having, but it was actually my wheel spacers. If anything it could be a axle-clicking problem which isn't major but a manufactures defect, could be fixed by your self if anything.

Maybe this will help?

I'm sure the dealer will figure it out though, good luck buddy.
