Cheapest to replace clutch?

Punchline: what's the cheapest way to replace my clutch? Dealer quoted me $2500, which i cannot afford right now.

Not looking for a performance upgrade, just want to replace the damn thing for as little as possible. How much would I be looking at for a basic OEM-like aftermarket set-up, for parts and labor?

Thanks!

(If you're wondering: my car has 82k miles on it, clutch was replaced at 45k under warranty. clutch is working fine insofar as it doesn't slip or anything, but it makes a horrible grinding noise when i put in the clutch when the car is cold. it's bizarre, and service advisor says it just needs to be replaced)

its been getting worse, and it's a hideous noise that makes people say "wtf is wrong w/ your car?"

any opinions on my question?

has the grinding noise been there since the new clutch or this a recent noise?

t/o bearing and pilot bushing

where are you located i do it much cheaper. Exedy factory replacement clutch and keep your flywheel, probably will have a bit of chatter with it as the flywheels should be replaced but you might be ok, can't garuntee you that but it will still work correctly but might make some noise on engagement.

i got jwt clutch flywheel, ss clutchline, TOB/pilot and everything you need from one of the vendors for 775 and it cost me 400 for the install. cant cut the OEM flywheel and the lightweight one with JWT clutch isnt as noisy as every says.
