wheel bearing under Power/Drivertrain??

I am getting a weird humming sound in my car. Its pretty lound when your going local town speeds 20-50mph but when you get to highway speeds its goes away. My brother and I think its the wheel bearings..I thought it was tires but I guess not. but dont know which one or which side it would be coming from. Would the Wheel bearing be covered under the Powertrain warranty? If so I am gonna bring it to the dealer. If not how much do you guys think it would cost to replace them?

I think I've heard that too... somewhere around 35-40Mph it kicks in. Once you get past 45 or 50 it goes away...

To this day I have no clue what it could be... it seemed to have gotten much less noticable when I got new tires...
