OK so you're out of warranty, but our cars are known for having a rough shift, especially when it get's cold. When is the last time you changed the tran fluid? Also, can you describe in more detail your rough shift? ie: does it seem like you hit a wall and it won't go into gear until the revs drop? Does it grind sometimes? Is it slipping? Are you hearing any noises?

it just seemed like it was a little harder to get it into gear....but then i look back and think of when i was gonna get a 350z and it was the same way...plus it was really cold out and i dont know the last time the tranny fluid was replaced so i think ill do a complete tune up to it when i get it soon....

Remember that the G35 has a 7-year powertrain warranty...not sure on the mileage cap.

my clutch gets stuck in the engagement point when i rev high at a red and come off the clutch... she seems to just hold until i "pop" it back into place... it happens only on cold days and usually only once... once i pop her back... she is fine... (and i mean... drives perfectly lol...)
