How far do you Clutch In??

When starting, stopping, 1st and reverse seems to be the only time i clutch all the way in, while driving I have a habit of going about halfway maybe a bit more just enough to pull off the shift.

Anyone else have weird clutch habits?

I always clutch all the way.... no matter what the situation. Sometimes I double clutch if I'm putting around and trying to keep up on the old dogtooth tranny shifting skills.

Always clutch all the way in, it's a bad habbit to clutch only partially while driving. If you don't like the deep travel of the clutch, there's a DIY on this site for how to shorten the travel.

Is it bad for the clutch to clutch half way, I mean I push it past the disegagement point and mine is pretty high, I dont see any point in going all the way down if it's disengaging half way.

You are correct, you will not be doing any harm. I said it's a bad habit, because sometimes you might not get all the way past the engagement point and accidentally grind your gears. 'In general' - it is not good practice.
