Possible big transmission problems???

I have a 2006 5AT Sedan. Yesterday the Check Engine light came on, slip light came on, and I notice the car still has power, but in manual mode there's a terrible clicking noise coming from behind the engine. I went to Church Automotive today, Sean and a few of the guys there said for sure it's not my engine. They did the cylinder test with the Osirus Program. All cylinders were running okay. They think it's transmission related. When I put the car in park and rev the motor beyond 4000 rpm, the motor makes a spinning, sort of wheezing, sound. There's also a terrible clicking behind the motor, not in the motor, but behind it. Taking it to Nissan dealership tomorrow. Anyboday have any ideas or suggestions? I can't sleep at all.
