Question about Transmission Flush & other Maintenence

I have a '04 6mt that I just turned over 70k on. I went to get my oil changed last week and they recommended I get my transmission flushed. Is this something that is recommended at 70k on a manual trans.? Also, is there anything else that is recommended I get done with this many miles? I have owned the car just over a year.. and am not sure about any of the past history before I owned it.

60k service:

spark plugs (ngk iridiums)
6mt drain and fill (do not flush only for auto's)
in cabin filter (do it yourself)
oil change+ filter
rear diff. (drain and fill)
air filter (only for oem filter)

OK i will probably have them do the rear diff at the same time then as well. I will prolly try and do the spark plugs myself, hopefully it isnt too difficult. Thanks for the help Lightsout!

since your doing the diff. also do the tranny. Would recommend you get quotes from other shops rather than the dealer. save the cash! or you could do it your self. its easier than the spark plug change.

for the Diff. i used 75-90 mobil 1, no complaints...
