for 5 A/T shift ***** at act-labs.com ..... which one do i choose cause I really want one to match my blk / blk coupe... Dont i need one that has a button on the side to change gear? or what? sorry someone please help... I really want one...

No you don't have to have a side button on the shift **** because there is a rod coming up the shifter shaft which has to be depressed in order to move thru the shift gate. The side button works like the latch on a door wedging the lock rod down. The Momo **** has a button on top which pushes this rod down. (much more efficient)

It looks a little high but works and feels great. Its the same height as the original shift **** but the **** itself is shorter therefore exposing more of the shifter shaft. If you retro fit it to be shorter and it doesn't work you could never go back without repacing the shifter shaft. (costly)

I agree...that looks waaaaaaaaaaaaay to high. Anything is possible if you got $$$. Not sure how much someone would charge to take it out, trim it down and reweld it.....Would look very nice if it was about 1 inch to 1.5 inch shorter.....

The Momo **** for the 5A/T is nice. I did find, however, a Razo manual shift **** on the web tonight that looks quite interesting! Check it out here and let me know what you think! i think it's a little more modern than the Momo as it has that "Top Gun" look to it!

WOW that shift **** looks like something that came out of a UPS truck in my opinion don't really like it think it's waaaaaaaaayyy to high, and doesn't look all the great on the car!!!

Thanks for your feedback on my link. I was hoping others would give their opinions as I wouldn't want to step into a $100.00 + A/T **** and have people tell me I look like I belong in a UPS truck! I thought UPS trucks have large ball ***** on the end without patterns to help prevent the truck from being stolen? I didn't know they were changing to "Top Gun" pilot cockpits.
