increasing the stall RPM on 5AT

How much can you increase the stall RPM on a 2003 5AT without throwing codes and running into ABS problems?

Thank you in advance for input!!

You should be able to increase it as high as you want. You will need a new torque converter, its not as simple as just changing a setting. My stall is set at around 3100 with my torque converter.

I know upstairs (in Canada... above us) you guys need not worry about emission codes. Curious if any codes are thrown when increasing the stall (and yes, doing a TC upgrade right now).

Also, did you have to change anything else to compensate for the stall rpm increase in order to get the traction control & ABS to cooperate?

It shouldn't affect anything other than your stall.

It won't change anything. Most people have the stall set around 3200 with the 5AT for optimal performance.

No codes, nothing else was affected. Well, now I can spin the tires from a standstill. But I don't..tires are too expensive.
