^That makes sense. My tire size is slightly smaller than stock so compared to those numbers you posted for 5AT my RPMs are slightly higher (just over 2900 for 3.3 and at 3200 for 3.5).

I surprised there isn't someone on this board that knows every FD for every model ever.

Wow major misread, sorry guys. I know I'm not at 3050 though. I must have the 3.3 since it's only 50RPM off.

Its possible that all sedans 03-04 have 3.3 FD. While the 5AT have open diff the 6MT have VLSD. I think that all coupes have 3.5 FD - open for 5AT and VLSD for 6MT.

I know all 5AT between 03-04 have 3.3 FD. I think that 2005+ 5AT have 3.5 FD with VLSD.

All 6MT coupes have 3.5 FD with VLSD.

HR motors have different gearing...3.69 for the Sedan, not sure with the coupe. Assuming all the 3.7L and 3.5HR motors have interchangeable differentials & gearing.

I'm assuming 6MT came with 3.5 and 5AT are 3.3. I think 2005+ X are 3.5 as well.
You have me listed under 3.3, but I'm pretty sure mine is 3.5.

According to www.Infinitihelp.com the 2005 and 2006 RWD 5AT Sedan was made with 3.3 FD and the 5AT AWD and the 6MT both had 3.5 FD

I see no info on the AWD and 6MT models of 2003-2004, but the RWD 5AT models have 3.3 FD

Took mine out on the highway yesterday and it is right on 3200 rpms at 80 mph. It's a 3.5 fd with stock 17s and 215/55s.

All 2003-2005 Model 5AT Coupes have a 3.3 FD

It wasn't until 2006 that the 5AT got the 3.5 FD.

2003-2007 6MT Coupes have the 3.5 FD

Ok, bumping this one. Sorry I didn't get to it sooner, but here's my results from monitoring with the laptop:
RPM @ 80 MPH - Dash shows 2875 ECM says 2925
Here's the odd part though, the speedometer is dead on 80, and I checked the GPS, also dead on 80, but the ECM says 76-77
Why would it read that speed and then put 80 on the dash I guess I would rather it that way then the other way around, ECM had the right speed but the dash was wrong, that would suck.

Oh yeah... 03.0 G35 Sedan, 5AT w/ 215-55-17
