if i find a 350z 6mt can take everything from it and still swap into my g35 c? meaning wiring harness, ecu would it work?

when you guys are saying techno reflash is it for the 6mt ecu or the 5at ecu? i don't get that part

they would reflash your 5AT ecu into a 6MT ecu
