rough shifting 5AT recently

Just started having some problems with my transmission in the past couple of weeks. Last week there was a lag when I put it in drive like a 2 or 3 second delay from putting it in drive hitting the gas and the car moving. Today probably twice it shifted very rough into 5th gear almost like a bang. Would changing the trans fluid fix this or do I have a more serious issue? Im resetting the ecu tonight and am going to do the differential fluid tomorrow because that's easy. The last time I had the trans fluid changed was at 35k and I'm at 69K now. I think i'm going to schedule getting the transmission fluid changed for next week and let them test drive it afterwards while I'm still under the powertrain warranty. Let me know if you've had a similar experience. Thanks

take the car to a transmisson guy to have a look at it, you should change the oil the your trans more often.

not really sure if just a oil change will help but you will be able to see if the oil has any damaged parts in it.

check tranny fluid level...slow engagement = low fluid most likely

get under your car...are you losing fluid anywhere?
