clutch problem? help, engine revs when i get on the gas

Hello, i have a 2006 G35, it recently started doing this:
when driving and Im around 3.5k or 4k rpm, clutch is fully depressed, and i get on the gas, the engine will rev up 1.5k or 2k rpm on top with no power and then after a couple of seconds will drop down and start speeding up.
what could be causing this? clutch?, fluid?, cylinders?

thanks!
