3.5 VLSD Swap

I have a 05 AT Sedan G35 with the 3.3vlsd. I want to swap for a 3.5VLSD found in G35 and 350z 6spd (non base model). Most junk yards dont know if it has VLSD or not. Some dont even know if the car was AT or MT. So I need to find out if there is an ID number on the pumpkin (differential carrier)? For example, nissan use to put orange VLSD stickers on some 240sx cars. Is there a R200V stamp on the outer case?

Any Manual trans G35 between 03 and 06 will have it. I haven't seen a defining mark that correlates to all 3.5 FD w/ VLSD pumpkins. I wish I could help you out. I searched high and low for one while I was looking.

I called alot of places on car-parts, they never really know if the car was a base model or if the different came from an auto or manual car.

G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods

PM bikinilust. He will occasionally have a 3.5 for sale. I bought mine from him and it's one of my favorite mods. I forget how cool it is until I ride in a friend's G with the 3.3.

turn the side shafts, if they spin the same way = lsd if spin opposite non-lsd

Question

i have a CDM 2005MY 5AT Coupe, what do I have in mine? I think its fully loaded minus navigation. I have the 19" forged rays...

It certainly feels like an open diff, but my last 2 cars were an e46 m3 and an is300 with an ats/carbonetics LSD.. so i'm not 100% sure.
