VDC Issues? Someone help!
I recently got new rear tires for my car (285/35/19, Same size as old tires). My old tires were pretty much shot due to agressive driving. I enjoy corning alot.
Here is the problem. I got my new tires on the car, and when i finally got a chance to take a corner agressively, My VDC shut me down. I was not anywhere close to slipping. Road conditions were clear, approx 100 degrees outside, and tires had been driven on for about 75~100 miles.
I have taken a couple on and off ramps aggressively since, and the car continues to shut me down. I was in Everett the other night up by Boeing, and was just crusing around a small corner, doing the recommended speed limit, and it denied me again. Does anyone know what might be causing this?

new tires = larger tread
Front tires are probably worn and because there is ENOUGH difference in tire size the VDC controller will react much more intrusively
What size are the tires that you are running up front? Are you Sedan or Coupe?

I have a 04 Coupe. Front tires are 245/35/19. roughly 7 months old. ~ 5-6k mi.
They are still in excellent shape. There is no difference in size between the old and new, other than worn tread and new tread.
