On 2nd thought.........hmmm.
RC is making it too easy. Maybe I get both? Dammit!!
Decisions, decisions. Well if it is one, it's the best problem I ever had.
To paddle or not to paddle.
DUMB QUESTION:
Can I get some ambidextrous paddles, maybe a Pull - upshift, Push - downshift.......either hand?
Can still do the standard right-up/left-down Formula 1-style, then again I'm probably asking for too much.
Never mind.

I have these shifters on my 03 sedan. I love them and use them daily and on the auto-x. Might be my favorite mod. Install is simple. Here is my thread about the shifters: https://g35driver.com/forums/engine-...-03-sedan.html

Sure and also most every race car driver or anyone that owns most any late model exotic or semi-exotic. Or people like myself that actually race their G35s. You don't race with one hand on the wheel.

^^^ +1... that's basically what I was going to post...
This mod isnt so much for daily driving - but spirited street and road course track or autocross... not sure how many "women" he has seen in these applications...
However, the fact that these paddles are on the column and not the steering wheel makes them less desirable for me.

IMO, it's really not an issue and probably preferable to keep the paddles on the column rather than the wheel. The reason being, you should have already excuted your shift before the turn, not while in it. Secondly having the paddles on the wheel could accidently lead to a shift if your hands are misplaced when hamfisting the wheel through a slalom, etc. Some manufactuers put the paddles on the wheel, but most seem to put them on the column. I know that Porsche currently has button shifters on the wheel for their PDK tranny, but that within a few months they're going with column-mounted paddles.
