Shifting into 2nd at redline grinds now?

Ok. I had the clutch pedal modification that someone posted on here with the little chair coaster. It just make the pedal further up off the floor. Well yesterday I redlined in through first and went to shift into second it took about 1.5-2seconds to shift into it but the during that time it was grinding. It happened too fast for me to stop trying to not shift. So i took the pieces off of clutch pedal and now its stock. Tried it again today and had my foot planted to the floor and the tranny still did it. Its an 03 6mt btw. I eventually plan on upgrading to the cd-009 tranny because I have always had the slight non audible only feel grind going into 2nd 3rd and 5th. Any ideas?

Sorry forgot to mention that. Woman who had it before didn't do it at 30k. It's at 41k now. I have the new fluid just need some time to change it. I planned on doing it to try and get rid of the non audible grind but didn't know 11k over fluid change would cause that bad of a grind. I'm talking about the grind that sounds lime you are trying to shift with no clutch at redline. Only thing is it only last a secon or too and then goes in.

Lol. I dont do it too often but in the event of doing it further I dont want to keep grinding it and looking like I dont know how to drive =))). Yeah ill def get to it this week. This is kind of off topic but how much can the stock tranny handle hp wise? I am asking because I plan on going tt eventually and my goal is around the 500ish range and im guessing I should wait till then to swap trans to a better one rather than switch to the cd-009 which has upgraded synchros.
