Cheapest way to ship this is with greyhound as I had my diff shipped that way, but you have to pick it up at the greyhound station. I had a Porsche transaxle shipped with greyhound for about 1/2 of what UPS charges.

 

I paid 80 for shipping(no idea if they discounted), company literally put some thick foam padding on the back, so the stud was flush and not poking out, and some foam in the front and wrapped it with thick plastic. Then put a label on it. Not exactly protective but Iron Casing is pretty strong heh
