Clutch problem. Need help FAST

last spring I replaced the clutch master cyl because I was having issues with it getting spongy. After installing it everything was good. Then the car got put away for 6months while I was overseas, I'm home on R&R leave and got a day into driving and now my clutch is not working, heres the problem...

It was getting spongy throughout the day. Stopped for gas, got about 3 blocks down th road, shifted and the pedal stayed to the floor. Same problem I was having when I replaced the master cyl. Pulld the pedal off the floor, pumped it a few times, gotto the stoplights, stuck to the floor again. It would still engauge and disengauge the clutch fine at this point. Got a mile or so down the road and it wouldnt even engauge the clutch anymore. Limped to my buddies shop, and noticed 5 things.

1. If you clutch it hard and fast, it will come back up about half ways and stay theyre until you pull it up.

2. If you clutch normal or hold itt the floor and let off it will come up a couple of inches, then sucks back to the floor.

3. If you push it ever so lightly, it will fall on its own.

4. With the cap off the fluid reservior, when you push the clutch pedal the fluid climbs, when you relese the pedal it drops back to where it was.

5. There are little black specs of dirt or something in the fluid. Not sure how they got there.

My assumption is the line has something plugging it. Does this sound like that could be right? And where the hell would those black things come from? Its still moving the slave, but very minumal and not enough to work the clutch.

It's sitting in my buddies shop and I need to get it moving again ASAP.
