pilot bearing?

I just purchased a 05' G35 coupe 6MT and there is a distinct noise coming from the transmission in the clutch area. When the clutch pedal is all the way out the noise is a clattering sound, but when you push the pedal in the noise goes away but you can slightly feel a little vibration in the pedal. I'm not sure if the pilot bearing needs replaced, or if the car has an aftermarket clutch. This is my first G and im still in the learning process, any help would be appreciated. Thanks Matt

(i will try to get a video posted of it shortly)

Sounds like it, I had a Honda that did the same thing and that's what it turned out to be.

here is a video I took before i bought the car, so excuse the extra walk around. The first 10 seconds are of the chatter/clicking. The clutch seems to grab fine, just heard of some weird noises with aftermarket clutches/flywheels. And i cant be certain if it has a stock clutch or aftermarket without taking it apart.

I bought a competition clutch am in the process of replacing it. Do you just remove the old pilot bearing and slide the new one on and it should fix the noise?
